Silver - 1-bedroom apartment with pool - 150 metres from beach

Falha de alguns eletrodomésticos ( máquina de lavar louça), banheira e pia da loiça entupida. Demorando muito a escoar a água. Deveriamos ser acompanhados por alguém responsável para ver o estado da casa no primeiro dia, coisa que não aconteceu.

L'emplacement est sensationnel. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui etait tres pratique pour ma maman agée.  Le matelas etait trop dur pour mon dos sensible et les oreillers etaient trop mous.

Excellent séjour. Société très réactive lors d´un problème de store. Je le recommande vivement.

Excellent stay. Very responsive company when we had a problem with one of the shutters. I highly recommend it.

Er was alles in Appartement. De afstand tot winkels en strand perfect. Restaurants op een paar meter afstand. Hostesskantoor om de hoek.
Het droogrek te fragiel en een beetje vochtig boven.

There was everything in Apartment. The distance to shops and beach perfect. Restaurants a few metres away. Hostess office around the corner.
The drying rack too fragile and a bit humidity upstairs.

Gostámos de tudo no geral. Estava tudo bem mas faltou talheres.

We liked everything overall. Everything was fine but there was a lack of cutlery.

Absolutely stunning apartment had everything you needed. Close to all amenities and would recommend to anyone going there. You will not be disappointed.

We can highly recommend the apartment. The pool was very pleasant. The location is very central to the beach and the town. São Martinho offers a quiet bay for swimming and is an ideal starting point for excursions. Many interesting places can be easily reached.

A localização é realmente muito boa. Ideial para chegar, deixar o carro na garagem e só voltar a pegar para ir embora. A Piscina é boa para miúdos e graúdos.  O que gostámos menos foi o facto de não haver interação com ninguém para o check-in/check-out. A máquina de café estava avariada.

Excellent location!

The location is really very good. Ideal for arriving, leaving the car in the garage and just picking it up again to leave. The swimming pool is good for children and adults. What we liked least was the fact that there was no interaction with anyone to check-in/check-out. The coffee machine was broken.

O apartamento é suficiente para 4 hóspedes, impecável e limpo, com as comodidades necessárias. Fica mesmo junto à piscina, o que foi muito prático para nós que tínhamos crianças. Fica também a uma distância muito curta da praia, com mini-mercado, restaurantes e outras lojas nas imediações. O facto de ter lugar de garagem, também facilita imenso. Estacionámos o carro no primeiro dia e não foi preciso tirá-lo de lá até nos virmos embora. Desde a reserva até ao check-in, os anfitriões forneceram todas as informações necessárias e responderam prontamente à nossas dúvidas e solicitações. Muito obrigada por tudo e até uma próxima.

The apartment is sufficient for 4 guests, spotless and clean, with the necessary amenities. It is right by the pool, which was very practical for us with children. It is also a very short distance from the beach, with mini-market, restaurants and other shops nearby. The fact that it has a parking space also makes it much easier. We parked the car on the first day and there was no need to get it out until we left. From booking to check-in, the hosts provided all necessary information and responded promptly to our questions and requests. Thank you very much for everything and until next time.

Valeu a pena, um ou outro aspeto a melhorar, mas de uma forma geral, foi uma boa escolha! Excelentes indicações da anfitriã e excelente localização.

Le logement est bien avec la piscine. Résidence calme. Vous avez les commerces, la plage... c'est un village qui manque un peu de dynamisme le soir. L'avantage est que vous êtes tranquille mais à 10 min. vous avez Nazaré. Je recommande.

The accommodation is good with the swimming pool. Quiet residence. You have the shops, the beach... it is a town that lacks a little dynamism in the evening. The advantage is that you are in a quiet area but 10 min. away you have Nazaré. I recommend.

Logement idéal pour des vacances à sao martinho. très bien équipée, très pratique, très propre, spacieux. seul bemol le manque d'intimité :l'appartement en rez de chaussée et la proximité avec la piscine....difficile de profiter de la terrasse.

Ideal accommodation for a holiday in São Martinho. Very well equipped, very practical, very clean, spacious. The only downside is the lack of privacy: the apartment is on the ground floor and the proximity to the swimming pool....difficult to enjoy the terrace.

Gostamos muito do alojamento, a localização é muito boa próximo da praia, a piscina também muito limpa e cuidada, condomínio muito bonito. O apartamento está muito bem equipado, com tudo necessário para fazer refeições etc. Recomendamos, a repetir sem dúvida.

We really liked the accommodation, the location is very good, close to the beach, the pool is also very clean and well maintained, the condo is very beautiful. The apartment is very well equipped, with everything necessary for meals, etc. We recommend it, to repeat without a doubt.

Calmo, ideal para um descanso :)  Falta de manutenção em algumas partes do w.c.

Estava tudo ótimo. Inclusive tivemos um problema no lava loiça e prontamente foram tentar resolver.  Só não gostamos, de ter os estores do quarto estragados, entrava logo claridade muito cedo.

I recommend

Everything was great. We even had a problem with the sink and they quickly tried to fix it. The only thing we didn't like was that the blinds in the bedroom were broken, and the light would come in very early.

Le logement est très bien, on peut se déplacer à pied sans problème. La piscine est un vraie plus.

The accommodation is very good, you can go everywhere on foot without any problem. The swimming pool is a real plus.

Emplacement près de la plage, et près des restaurants et petit supermarché. bien équipé dans l'ensemble. parking gratuit dans les rues avoisinantes mais en saison ça doit pas être simple. terrasse hyper agréable.  Ce qui nous a ennuyé: les plombs qui sautent quand le lave vaisselle tourne, pas de serviettes de plage. Un petit nécessaire de base en cuisine un peu plus fourni n'aurait pas été de refus : ex: huile d olive, essuie-tout.

Location near the beach, and near restaurants and small supermarket. Well equipped overall. Free parking in the surrounding streets but in high season it must not be easy. Very pleasant terrace. What annoyed us: the fuses that blow when the dishwasher is running, no beach towels. A little more basic kitchen essentials would have been appreciated: e.g. olive oil, paper towels.

Appartement sympa, agence réactive en cas de besoin comme par exemple l'absence d'eau chaude à notre arrivée ( ballon d' eau chaude simplement debranché ) .

Nice apartment, responsive agency in case of need such as for example the lack of hot water on our arrival (hot water tank simply disconnected).

Nous avons tout aimé. Le canapé lit....pas du tout confortable.dommage.
