Description
The house has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people and a baby. The
bedrooms include 2 double rooms and a single bedroom with a day
bed. Should you need it the owner have also provided fans for the
rooms.
There are 3 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite to the master
bedroom. There are two shower rooms with WC and the en-suite which
has a bath and shower over + WC. One of the shower rooms is on the
ground floor.
If you have a baby, a highchair and a travel cot can be provided
(you must bring your own bed linen for the cot). Please request
this when booking.
The lounge has been arranged for comfort and there is a TV with
cable and Satellite TV with a DVD player. There are also books,
games and DVDs you can use. There is also free Wi-Fi throughout the
property and there is a speaker that can be used for your phone to
play music through.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook
at home, including a dish washer.
For your car there is a private driveway for the property so you
don't need to worry about parking.
Unusually for a house like this, it is also part of a complex,
meaning it benefits from the use of a communal tennis court. Feel
free to use that whenever you want. The owner has left rackets for
your use.
This is a truly unique property with a lot to offer guests.
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you
can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and
bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do
Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and
is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

Check-ins are from 2PM to 7PM. If you think you will arrive later than 7PM, please contact us before booking to confirm if a late arrival will be possible. If a late arrival is agreed, please know that there is a charge of € 25 to be paid locally.
This property is unavailable for arrivals on the 24th, 25th, 26th of December and also on January 1st. On New Year's Eve, arrivals are possible only until 3pm.
Please note, we can only accept bookings from guests aged 21 years or older.

- There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of € 80.
Check-in/ Check-out Times:
- Check-in from 14:00 to 19:00.
- Check-out until 10:00.
Late Arrival Charge:
- If you think you will arrive later than 19:00, please contact us before booking to confirm if a late arrival will be possible. If a late arrival is agreed, please know that there is a charge of € 25 to be paid locally.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
- The security deposit increases to € 300 over the Christmas and New Year period.
Christmas/New Year Season:
- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 300.
Please note:

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Facilities were okay. The location was great

I really enjoyed it despite the windy days.
La maison est très bien placée avec une magnifique vue mer. Une chambre est minuscule avec une mini fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre pas et un store cassé. Les matelas de la chambre avec les lits superposés ne sont pas confortables.
The house is very well located with a magnificent sea view. One bedroom is tiny with a mini window that does not open and a broken blind. The mattresses in the bedroom with the bunk beds are not comfortable.
Amazing location just a few minutes from the beach. Lovely sea view. Good food. Great place for families to enjoy summer.

Super Ferienhaus in bester Lage. 100 Meter zum Hafen 200 Meter zum Sandstrand und zu allen möglichen Restaurants. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon und top ausgestattetes Haus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Great holiday home in a great location. 100 meters from the harbor, 200 meters from the sandy beach and all kinds of restaurants. Beautiful view from the balcony and a well-equipped house. We didn't lack anything.

Very nice house at the end of the residence, a superb view of the bay, hikes nearby, we were able to do our shopping on foot (market, restaurants, beach ...). I highly recommend it.

Maison spacieuse, confortable et idéalement placée pour un séjour à São Marthino Do Porto. Située dans un quartier calme avec accès à la plage à pieds en moins de 10 minutes. Vues magnifiques sur la baie depuis les terrasses et balcons dont l'un ou l'une de trouve toute toujours au soleil au cours de la journée. Equipement intérieur complet. Parking facile dans la rue. Nous recommandons cette villa.
Ideal for a seaside holiday
Spacious, comfortable and ideally located house for a stay in São Marthino Do Porto. Located in a quiet area with access to the beach on foot in less than 10 minutes. Magnificent views of the bay from the terraces and balconies, one of which is always in the sun during the day. Complete interior equipment. Easy parking on the street. We recommend this villa.
