Welcome to our charming one-bedroom house featuring a private terrace and pool, perfect for accommodating up to four guests comfortably.
Nestled in the picturesque village of Chão da Parada, just 5km from São Martinho Do Porto, this property offers an ideal setting for a romantic getaway or for small families and groups of friends seeking a peaceful retreat without being too far from amenities.
The house boasts an inviting open-plan layout, comprising a well-equipped lounge, dining area, and kitchen, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Guests will appreciate the complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as entertainment options including a Blu-Ray DVD player and USB plug for your convenience.
The bedroom features a cozy double bed (160x200), while additional sleeping arrangements can be made with the sofa-bed in the lounge, accommodating two more guests.
Step outside onto the spacious terrace, which is thoughtfully furnished with outdoor dining furniture and sun-loungers, perfect for enjoying meals under the sun and relaxing by the pool.
Convenience is key with a private parking space available for one car.

São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you
can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and
bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do
Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and
is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

- There's a mandatory final cleaning charge of € 75.
Check-in/ Check-out Times:
- Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00.
- Check-out until 10:00.
Highchair:
- A highchair is available for hire (if available). This needs to be arranged in advance and the cost is € 20 per stay.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
- The security deposit increases to € 300 over the Christmas and New Year period.
Christmas/New Year Season:
- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 300.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Gostamos imenso. Super tranquila a zona geográfica, a casa é pequena mas tem o essencial para uma boa estadia e a piscina, privada, é a cereja no topo do bolo. Necessitamos de assistência e foi disponibilizada de imediato. O quarto podia ter uns estores ou uma portada, por causa da luz. Ainda assim, foi uma excelente estadia. O melhor de tudo foi a amabilidade de nos deixarem levar a nossa mini companheira que amou a estadia, tanto como os donos.
We liked it a lot. The geographical area is super quiet, the house is small but has the essentials for a good stay and the private pool is the icing on the cake. We needed assistance and it was available immediately. The room could have had blinds or a shutter, because of the light. Still, it was an excellent stay. The best of all was the kindness of letting us take our mini companion who loved the stay as much as the owners.

La propriété ne paie pas de mine à l'entrée mais le jardin et la piscine chauffée sont vraiment agréables. La maison est petite mais pas dérangeante.
The property is unassuming at the entrance but the garden and heated pool are really nice. The house is small but it's ok.
Gostamos principalmente do espaço exterior. No interior, sentimos a falta de persianas ou de cortinas opacas que não deixassem entrar a claridade.
We especially liked the outdoor space. Inside, we missed having blinds or opaque curtains that wouldn't let the light in.
