The elegant kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and everything you need to prepare pleasant meals. The living room is bright and well decorated, offering a very welcoming atmosphere. The owner provides free Wi-Fi, TV and books for moments of entertainment.
Also featuring heating (pellet stove), this property is an excellent option for stays in the colder months. The bedroom is spacious with a large double bed, built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a sofa for reading, cable TV and a desk with an adjustable chair, in case you need to work during your stay. The bed linen and towels provided are of high quality to provide greater comfort.
The living room, which is separated by a door from the entrance hall, has a double sofa bed, allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably and in complete privacy in the property. The bathroom has a large shower cubical. The "deck", equipped with an electric awning and with a panoramic view of the ocean, precedes a private lawn with a barbecue, where you can prepare your favorite grilled dishes, have your meals and enjoy the delicious sun and the stunning views.
To guarantee your total comfort, this apartment provides you with access to a private garage box, where you can park your car in complete safety and which is just a short flight of stairs away from the apartment.
Ideal for all members of the family, the complex offers 3 swimming pools, a mini golf course, multipurpose court (tennis, football, basketball, etc.) and squash. There is also a games room, equipped with a pool table, a ping pong table and also complimentary Wi-Fi access, which should also reach the area of the second pool.
São Martinho is a beautiful town, with a shell-shaped bay, making it the ideal beach for families with young children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic Ocean is not present there. For the more adventurous, Gralha beach (unsupervised…) is an alternative for those who appreciate calm, tranquility and the pleasure of nature in its natural state.
Along the promenade next to the bay there are pleasant cafes, bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy delicious Portuguese food. Strolling along the coastline you will find the river beach of Salir do Porto, which has the river flowing into the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, bien équipé, belle vue. La proximité des voisins peut être dérangeante lorsqu'ils sont bruyants. Nécessité d'avoir une voiture car loin de tous commerces, plages… Complexe avec de nombreuses activités, les piscines sont froides mais agréables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

O apartamento Sunset é o espaço ideal para um local com alguma instabilidade climática como São Martinho do Porto. Pois fica num condomínio que oferece muitas atividades (piscinas, vôlei, ringue de desportos, salas de jogos) e porque o apartamento é muito agradável de se ficar. Utensílios e decoração de muito bom gosto. Além disso, o Filipe é muito simpático e prestativo. Não falta nada! Voltaremos!
The Sunset apartment is the ideal space for a place with some climate instability like São Martinho do Porto. Because it is in a condominium that offers many activities (swimming pools, volleyball, sports court, games rooms) and because the apartment is very pleasant to stay in. Tasteful utensils and decoration. Furthermore, Philip is very friendly and helpful. Nothing is missing! We will be back!
Nous avons trouvé ce logement parfaitement équipé et spacieux, même pour 4 personnes (2 adultes + 2 enfants). Piscine très propre et bien dimensionnée pour le nombre de résidents. Il y avait suffisamment de transats. Nous souhaiterions revenir.

Quiet complex with an incredible view of the ocean, and the little extra with a swimming pool. Super well maintained and very very clean apartment. On the heights of SAO MARTINHO, 10 minutes walk from the port and the beach (a good hill for the return).

Nous avons passés 15 jours inoubliables dans ce très bel appartement situé dans une résidence magnifique. Tout était parfait de la superbe vue depuis notre terrasse, les très belles piscines, le mini golf, le ping pong.... Et surtout la gentillesse de Felipe et sa femme qui étaient toujours disponibles. La baie de Sao martinho do porto est vraiment très belle tout comme ses environs. Bref nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!!!!

We spent 15 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment located in a magnificent residence. Everything was perfect from the superb view from our terrace, the very beautiful swimming pools, the mini golf, the ping pong .... And especially the kindness of Felipe and his wife who were always available. The bay of Sao Martinho do Porto is really very beautiful as are its surroundings. In short, we will come back with great pleasure!!!!!
