La ubicación del apartamento es probablemente la mejor de toda la zona. Tiene a menos de 5 minutos andando un par de miradores con vistas espectaculares. La casa posee todo lo necesario para estar muy a gusto 9 personas. Las habitaciones estan muy bien. La cocina muy equipada. Se nos estropeo la secadora y el casero se dió prisa en revisar el problema. La barbacoa esta muy bien para hacerla en el porche. Recomendaria la casa a cualquier familia y grupo con ganas de disfrutar y descansar pues la zona es muy tranquila. Nosotros eramos un grupo de amigos jovenes y si que tuvimos problema con el silencio de la urbanización. Un altavoz de smartphone y 8 personas charlando a nivel normal bastaron para que a las 00:15h nos llamase la atencion el casero diciendo que no eran horas, por lo visto a las 23:00 en Portugal ya hay que hacer poco ruido. Por todo lo demas la urbanización tiene de todo para pasar un verano increible, piscina, baloncesto, tenis, futbol... y eso que la sala de juegos y el mini golf estaban cerrados debido al covid. Se nos suministró Gel hidroalcoholico a la entrada.

 

The location of the apartment is probably the best in the whole area. There are a couple of viewpoints with spectacular views less than 5 minutes away on foot. The house has everything you need to be very comfortable for 9 people. The rooms are very good. The kitchen is very well equipped. Our dryer broke down and the landlord was quick to check the problem. The barbecue is very good to do on the porch. I would recommend the house to any family or group who wants to enjoy and relax because the area is very quiet. We were a group of young friends and we did have a problem with the silence of the complex. A smartphone speaker and 8 people chatting at a normal level were enough for the landlord to call our attention at 00:15h saying that it was not the time, apparently at 23:00 in Portugal you should not make much noise. For everything else, the complex has everything to spend an incredible summer, swimming pool, basketball, tennis, soccer... and that was even though the games room and mini golf were closed due to Covid. We were provided with hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance.

Tolle Anlage, netter Hausmeister, Wohnung schön, Bäder und Küche sollten jedoch renoviert werden. Ausstattung gut, Grundsachen wie Abwaschlappen, Spülmittel , Salz, Pfeffer fehlten jedoch. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen. Danke!!!

 

Beautiful, versatile location!

Great facility, nice caretaker, nice apartment, but bathrooms and kitchen should be renovated. Good facilities, but basic things like dishcloths, washing up liquid, salt and pepper were missing. Still highly recommended. Thank you!!!

This was a lovely property that met our needs during our stay, it was in a great location with a superb view, lots of facilities on site. A couple of areas that could be improved: The apartment could do with a bit of TLC. A number of shutters in the bedrooms are broke and need fixing. There was a smell of damp which indicates a previous flooding issue but none of this caused an issue with our stay, Would use again and recommend.

Joli complexe et des gérants très souriants et accueillants. La mer de l'autre côté de la baie est magnifique.

 

Raw landscapes

Nice complex and very smiling and welcoming managers. The sea on the other side of the bay is magnificent.

'The Ship' as our appartment is called is a great place to stay. Four big bedrooms, a well equipt kitchen and living and dining area and two terrasses. Beautiful placed on a klif. The walk into town is a steep one but pleasant. However when you aren't a walker it is nessesary to rent a car. Because of the fog everything was a bit damp and the beds were really hard but we managed to have a very nice stay. Customer service was very good, the pools very nice and clean. Many great place to visit in the surroundings; Nazaré, Obidos, Alcobaca, Lisbon, Sintra, Fatima etc. And in the village of Sao Martinho there's a great Gelatomania! We would recommend this place sincerely!

Our stay here has been fantastic! The oweners could not have been more accommodating: we checked in early, the flat was impeccably clean, the location is fantastic and has the best view in Sao Martinho and the facilities are brilliant. You have everything you need in the flat and it is so big that it feels like a house rather than a flat. The property was more than enough for 8 people, really spatious and the grounds were well kept and kept us all entertained. The property is 10 mins away from the centre of town and we enjoyed the walk down after eating so many lovely Portuguese pastries. The views are outsnading and the 2 terraces help you make the most of it. The swimming pools are lit up at night as well which is great as you can use them at any time.. overall we could not fault this place, great value for money and we would definitely book it again!! The pictures don't do this place justice!

2 families had a greate week in São Martinho do Porto. The appartment and the facilities was as we expected.

Location très bien équipée et choix de loisirs gratuits dans le complexe. Le site est très bien entretenu par Filipe Moreira et sa femme et ils sont disponibles à nos demandes. Nos ados s'occupaient entre le billard, le tennis, le tennis de table, la piscine et la wi-fi...Bien situé pour visiter la région, nous sommes allés jusqu'à Sintra (1h15 de route) et Nazaré est à 10 minutes en voiture.

 

Relaxing

Very well equipped rental and choice of free leisure activities in the complex. The site is very well maintained by Filipe Moreira and his wife and they are available at our requests. Our teenagers were busy between billiards, tennis, table tennis, swimming pool and wi-fi ... Well located to visit the region, we went to Sintra (1h15 drive) and Nazaré is 10 minutes by car.
