Casa excelente, com uma vista soberba. Muita simpatia e disponibilidade do gerente da propriedade. Tudo como anunciado e descrito no airbnb. Recomenda‐se também pelo sossego e respeito mútuo de todos os moradores.

Excellent house, with a superb view. Very friendly and helpful property manager. Everything as advertised and described on airbnb. Also recommended for the peace and quiet and mutual respect of all residents. 

A experiência superou as expectativas. A casa é muito espaçosa e adequada a grupos, tem uma ótima localização e uma vista deslumbrante. Nas imediações o edifício dispõe de vários espaços de lazer como mini golfe, campo de ténis e de voleibol, em ótimas condições.

The experience exceeded expectations. The house is very spacious and suitable for groups, has a great location and stunning views. Nearby, the building has several leisure spaces such as mini golf, tennis and volleyball courts, in excellent condition. 

Superbe duplex très spacieux, avec jardin et 3 terrasses extérieures pour admirer la vue sur la Baie de Sao Martinho do Porto et la mer. 10 minutes à pied de la plage la plus proche ou du marché quotidien en centre ville, prévoir de bonnes chaussures car comme la maison est en haut d'une colline, ça monte dur. Seul bémol qu'il n'y ait pas davantage de mobilier d'extérieur pour en profiter, juste une table et des chaises. Pas de fauteuil ou transats. Prévoir également de faire réviser la chaudière qui était bien capricieuse. Le complexe est très agréable avec ses 3 piscines, son mini golf, terrain de basket, foot et volley.

Duplex with breathtaking view

Superb very spacious duplex, with garden and 3 outdoor terraces to admire the view of the Bay of Sao Martinho do Porto and the sea. 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach or the daily market in the city center, bring good shoes because as the house is at the top of a hill, it's a steep climb. The only downside is that there is no more outdoor furniture to enjoy it, just a table and chairs. No armchairs or deckchairs. Also plan to have the boiler serviced which was very temperamental. The complex is very pleasant with its 3 swimming pools, mini golf, basketball, football and volleyball courts.

Gostamos imenso do local da casa e sobretudo da vista. Muito agradável e recomendo para crianças com a piscina. Sossegado,ideal para descansar Praias muito perto. Ótimo. A repetir de certeza.

We really liked the location of the house and especially the view. Very pleasant and I recommend it for children with the pool. Quiet, ideal for resting Beaches very close by. Excellent. Definitely repeating.

Très bon séjour en général avec vue sur la mer magnifique. Complexe très beau avec ses 3 piscines et ses espaces verts. Les points négatifs de cette location il y en a 2 : * le chauffe eau qu il faudrait penser à changer car il n arrêtait pas de se couper alors quand il faut prendre des douches pour 7 personnes... * il y avait beaucoup d humidité dans la maison alors pour faire sécher du linge cela n'était pas évident il faut dire aussi que le temps n'y était non plus... Mais à part cela vaut le détour!

Exceptional view

Very good stay in general with magnificent sea view. Very beautiful complex with its 3 swimming pools and green spaces. The negative points of this rental there are 2: * the water heater that we should think about changing because it kept cutting out so when we have to take showers for 7 people ... * there was a lot of humidity in the house so to dry laundry it was not easy it must also be said that the weather was not there either ... But apart from that it is worth the detour!

Propriedade bem localizada, ótima estadia. O apartamento é grande, bastante espaçoso, todas as comodidades necessárias e limpeza impecável. Condomínio agradável, sossegado e uma vista maravilhosa. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo sr. Filipe. Espero regressar novamente. Recomendo.

Great 5* property

Well located property, great stay. The apartment is large, quite spacious, has all the necessary amenities and is impeccably clean. The condominium is pleasant, quiet and has a wonderful view. We were very well received by Mr. Filipe. I hope to return again. I recommend it.

We stayed at the Cereja apartment in the Gilma Facho complex in June. We loved everything about it and it was one of the best we'd ever stayed in. The apartment is huge, the views amazing and the whole complex with pools, games room and mini golf was really lovely. The team at Rental Retreats were really helpful with our booking and Filipe, the guy that met us and showed us around the apartment was great too. The walk downhill to Sao Martinho took about 10/15 mins with a four year old and we managed to go back uphill evening to walk off the food from one of the many fantastic restaurants in town. Would definitely recommend both Sao Martinho & the Cereja apartment.

Apartamento muy amplio con todas las necesidades ideal para 6 personas (el sofá-cama no es muy aconsejable). El jardín y la terraza espectaculares. Se estropeó una cisterna de un WC que vinieron a arreglar.

Very spacious apartment with all the necessities, ideal for 6 people (the sofa bed is not recommended). The garden and terrace are spectacular. A cistern in a toilet broke, which they came to fix.
