The apartment has recently been renovated and comes with all necessary amenities and comfort.
For entertainment inside, the owner has kindly provided free wi-fi, so you can stay connected or work from home and there is a Smart TV, so you can easily access to your favorite streaming apps.
Restaurants are just a short 2 minute stroll away ...as is the beach.
For those with young families there is a small play area within the complex.
The apartment can sleep up to 8 people - there are 3 bedrooms (1 double and two twin bedrooms) and a sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here.
Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you
can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and
bars.
Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do
Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and
is also perfect for families due to its calm waters.

En général tout est parfait. On à juste retrouvé de la vaisselle sale, pas très propre. Mais la localisation est parfaite, pas loin de la plage, vu sur la mère. Et la météo étais pas avec nous le week-end de notre séjour.
In general everything is perfect. We just found some dirty dishes, not very clean. But the location is perfect, not far from the beach, view of the sea. And the weather was not great the weekend of our stay.

El apartamento está muy bien, con todo lo necesario. Es muy amplio, tiene 2 terrazas preciosas con buenas vistas y con muebles. La piscina es grande , limpia y poca gente. Muy bien ubicado tanto para la playa como para visitar otros lugares. Relación calidad- precio genial. Lo volvería a alquilar sin dudarlo. Por poner una pega, los colchones y las almohadas son un poco incómodos, no descansas muy bien, por lo demás todo perfecto.

The apartment is very good, with everything you need. It is
very spacious, it has 2 beautiful terraces with good views and
furniture. The pool is large, clean and not very crowded. Very well
located both for the beach and for visiting other places. Great
value for money. I would rent it again without
hesitation.
To put a drawback, the mattresses and pillows are a bit
uncomfortable, you don't rest very well, otherwise everything is
perfect.

Super recomendo! Excelente localização! Apenas a 5 minutos de um dos melhores pontos da praia. Camas confortáveis, excelente exposição solar (varandas para nascente e poente). O ângulo de visão do pôr do sol é muito privilegiado. Há piscina grande para adultos e há uma zona separada em pouca profundidade para bebés e crianças. Piscina vigiada. Possui casa de banho e chuveiros na zona da piscina. Cozinha ampla e bem equipada. Só falta internet para ficar perfeito ;)
I highly recommend it! Excellent location! Just 5 minutes from one of the best spots on the beach. Comfortable beds, excellent sun exposure (balconies facing east and west). The sunset viewing angle is very privileged. There is a large swimming pool for adults and there is a separate shallow area for babies and children. Swimming pool supervised. It has a bathroom and showers in the pool area. Large and well-equipped kitchen. It just needs internet to be perfect ;)

Very complete apartment; impeccable cleanliness; top-notch bedding; the bedroom could possibly do with a large mirror, there are only small ones; in such a touristy place, there is undoubtedly a lack of Wi-Fi; apart from that, no regrets about renting this beautiful apartment, we will come back and we highly recommend it.

O apartamento está muito bem localizado, é muito fácil e muito rápido ir a pé até à praia (com crianças pequenas), tem comércio perto (a pé). A piscina é grande, muito boa para crianças e adultos, com bom espaço envolvente (espreguiçadeiras, relvado, parque infantil), limpa, com nadador salvador. Apartamento é espaçoso, bonito e confortável, 2 varandas grandes (vista mar e vista piscina). Muito bom!

The apartment is very well located, it is very easy and very quick to walk to the beach (with small children), there are shops nearby (on foot). The pool is large, very good for children and adults, with good space around it (sun loungers, lawn, playground), clean, with lifeguards. Apartment is spacious, beautiful and comfortable, 2 large balconies (sea view and pool view). Very good!
Prima appartement met genoeg ruimte voor 6 personen, inclusief 2 badkamers (alhoewel deze wel wat aan de kleine kant waren). In keuken was alles aanwezig, ook vaatwasser en wasmachine. Bedden vonden we wat hard en lagen dekens op ipv een dekbed. Ligging is goed t.o.v. de boulevard, hoeft alleen het spoor over te steken. Daar heb je overigens geen last van, trein komt maar 4 x per dag ofzo. Aan de boulevard leuke restaurants en een super mooi strand, ook voor de kleintjes. Al met al efn prima stek voor een weekje Portugal.
Nice apartment
Great apartment with enough space for 6 people, including 2 bathrooms (although these were a bit on the small side). Everything was present in the kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine. We found the beds a bit hard and had blankets instead of a duvet. Location is good with respect to the bayfront, only have to cross the railway. You don't have any problems with that, the train only comes 4 times a day or so. On the bayfront there are nice restaurants and a super nice beach, also for the little ones. All in all a great place for a week in Portugal.

Pretty good, with the exception of the pool access key and the garage remote control, which they gave us wrong ones. Otherwise, the apartment was modern with all the services, they even had chairs for the pool or a chair for a baby. Recommended.

L'appartement est très bien placé pour aller à la plage où se promener. Il est très bien agencé. Seul bémol : l'entrée pour le parking notre voiture restait croché sur le béton et l'entrée est très serrée. On a passé de très belles vacances.
The apartment is very well located to go to the beach or to walk. It is very well laid out. Only downside: the entrance to the parking lot our car remained stuck on the concrete and the entrance is very tight. We had a very nice holiday.

We had a great holiday. The apartment is well located and offers quality services. The only problem is no wifi. The photos correspond to what is found on site, you can go there safely.
Très bel appartement propre. Bonne literie, cuisine équipée. Seul petit soucis, les draps du grand lit pas agréables. Point noir: Meme si il y a très peu de trafic, la présence des rails et de la gare en face de l'immeuble aurait mérité d'être précisé dans l'annonce.
Very nice apartment
Very nice clean apartment. Good bedding, equipped kitchen. Only small problem, the sheets of the big bed not pleasant. Even if there is very little traffic, the presence of the tracks and the station in front of the building would have deserved to be specified in the advert.
