Die Wohnung is sehr gut ausgestattet, Küche optimal, Strandsachen war auch vorhanden. Wohnung würden wir noch mal nehmen!

The apartment is very well equipped, the kitchen is perfect, and there was also beach stuff. We would rent the apartment again!

Nous avons apprécié le complexe avec le stationnement et la piscine. Les indications pour faire le check in étaient également très claires et l'appartement bien situé pour explorer les alentours. Toutefois, l'appartement est beaucoup trop petit pour 5 personnes. De plus, si comme nous, vous venez de l'étranger sans vos draps, papier de toilette, etc, il est préférable de louer un endroit avec toutes les commodités.

We enjoyed the complex with parking and pool. The directions to check in were also very clear and the apartment was well located for exploring the surrounding area. However, the apartment is way too small for 5 people. Also, if like us, you are coming from abroad without your sheets, toilet paper, etc, it is better to rent a place with all the amenities.

The apartment is very good, impeccable bed linen and towels, well-equipped kitchen, excellent sofa beds, my husband and I slept in the largest one, in front of the window, very good, everything in very good taste, great. Our stay was perfect.

Fantastic place, quiet, great conditions! It lacked some crockery and utensils, like smaller pots and pans and a hand blender.

 

Ficámos durante alguns dias no apartamento e achámo-lo muito confortável e espaçoso. Fica num condomínio fechado que contribui para esse conforto e segurança, e tem todas as comodidades necessárias a uma excelente estadia, como a cozinha totalmente equipada, a enorme sala de estar e as várias varandas com uma boa vista. A localização também é ótima, à entrada da vila de São Martinho, com acesso direto a todos os restaurantes e mercados, e a pouca distância da praia. Tem ainda acesso a piscina, que é o complemento perfeito para umas férias excelentes.

We stayed in the apartment for a few days and found it very comfortable and spacious. It is in a gated community that contributes to this comfort and security, and has all the necessary amenities for an excellent stay, such as the fully equipped kitchen, the huge living room and the several balconies with a good view. The location is also great, at the entrance of São Martinho town, with direct access to all restaurants and markets, and within walking distance of the beach. You also have access to the swimming pool, which is the perfect complement to a great vacation. 

Apartamento agradável, luminoso e bem equipado. Mas pequeno para cinco pessoas, pois 3 têm de dormir em sofás cama e não há espaços de arrumação. Atenção à altura da banheira. Difícil de entrar e sair para pessoas mais velhas ou de mobilidade reduzida. Alguns pormenores dos armários de cozinha devem ser revistos (faltam os parafusos que seguram o amortecedor numa das portas de vidro e na outra o amortecedor já não tem força). Tem alguns brinquedos e bola para as crianças levarem para a praia um guarda-sol e um para-vento (não experimentados). Embora não fique longe da praia, a linha férrea obriga a andar um pouco a pé (melhor usar carro). Lugar de garagem grande. Mas não se pode carregar um carro elétrico.

Nice, bright and well-equipped apartment. But small for five people, as 3 have to sleep on sofa beds and there are no storage spaces. Pay attention to the height of the bathtub. Difficult to get in and out of for older people or those with reduced mobility. Some details of the kitchen cabinets need to be reviewed (the screws that hold the damper on one of the glass doors are missing and on the other the damper is no longer strong). There are some toys and balls for children to take to the beach, an umbrella and a windbreak (not tried). Although it's not far from the beach, the railway line forces you to walk a bit (better to use a car). Large parking space. But you can't charge an electric car.

O apartamento moi ben e a comunicación moi fluida, dende o primeiro contacto ata a saida. Ofrecen un pequeno kit de benvida con produtos de limpeza :) Urbanización moi tranquila. É ideal para irdes con cativas.

The apartment very well and the communication very fluid, from the first contact to the departure. They provide a small welcome kit with cleaning products :) Very quiet urbanization. It is ideal for going with girls.

Appartemment propre, proche de la plage (10 min a pied), bien équipé. Seul point négatif : l'environnement est un peu bruyant (passage d'une route fréquentée…).

Clean apartment, close to the beach (10 min walk), well equipped. Only negative point: the environment is a bit noisy (passing a busy road...).

Very good stay. Apartment very well located, just 10 minutes walk from the beach. Apartment very well equipped with everything necessary for a good stay, there are even tennis rackets and other games available. Secure residence with underground parking space.

Aquilo que logo saltou à vista, assim que entrámos em casa, foi a muita luminosidade que a casa recebia. O ambiente é muito confortável e o espaço estava bastante apresentável e limpo. Pudemos desfrutar da piscina assim como do campo de ténis (foi até deixado equipamento para o uso do mesmo). Da sala ou do quarto é possível ver um bonito pôr do sol. Não poderia deixar de louvar a simpatia de quem nos recebeu e de quem esteve sempre disponível para o que precisássemos. Uma estadia muito completa e agradável. 

What immediately caught our eyes, as soon as we entered the house, was the great natural light that the house received. The environment is very comfortable and the space was very presentable and clean. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool as well as the tennis court (equipment was even left for its use). From the living room or bedroom you can see a beautiful sunset. I couldn't help but praise the friendliness of those who welcomed us and who was always available for whatever we needed. A very complete and pleasant stay.

We had a very nice time in the apartment. The location is walking distance to the bay which is perfect for small children. We really enjoyed the time. We didn't miss anything either. The only thing that was a shame was that the jets in the bathtub were broken.

Good morning, we had a great vacation in this apartment, the apartment had everything we needed for 5 people. Thank you very much. 

Pleasant and comfortable apartment. Very light and spacious. There are two balconies, so there is always a place to sit in the sun. The complex is quite new and is well kept, with a nice size pool. The road in front of the apartment is dead silent at night, but since it is one of the main access routes to Sao Martinho do Porto, it can get some traffic at rush hour during the week. Both village and beach are a 10 minute walk. The main supermarket is quite some distance away, but there is a mini market round the corner that has all the basic groceries. All in all a great find and a graet base for my two week stay in Sao Martinho do Porto.

Logement très bien situé et agréable avec terrasse, clim et piscine. Trés mauvaise literie nous avons très mal dormi c'est dommage. Parasol et paravent présent nous avons apprécié. Parking souterrain ce qui permet d'avoir la voiture au frais.

Very well located and pleasant accommodation with terrace, air conditioning and swimming pool. Very bad bedding we slept very badly it's a shame. Parasol present, which we appreciated. Underground parking which allows the car to be cool.

Apartamento com bastante potencial, no entanto ficou um pouco aquém das expectativas. A comunicação com a empresa responsável pelo aluguer foi boa e deixamos algumas sugestões de melhorias. Se algumas das condições forem melhoradas, gostaríamos talvez de repetir.

Apartment with a lot of potential, but fell a little short of expectations. Communication with the company responsible for the rental was good and we left some suggestions for improvements. If some of the conditions are improved, we would perhaps like to repeat.

Good apartment, in a great location and the pool has good sun exposure. The knives in the kitchen are not suitable for cutting anything. If they could sharpen the knives, it would be great. But overall it was good.

Attractive complex with electric entry gate we couldn't get the key fob to respond to open the underground garage but it is there & Im sure easily fixed .The pool area looks nice to sit out at which I think we would do more in the summer as the apartment is to the front of the complex so balcony comes with a bit of road noise . Very comfortable living room with big sofas ,there is a DVD player but bring your own dvd's ...none there . Appreciated large fridge/freezer good for family's , beds were very comfortable did really miss a hairdryer though .... Local town very pleasant some nice restaurants ,stunning bay great for young children. Some great days out to be had within an hour of the location all in all a relaxing time .

Apenas saliento que deveria haver algum cuidado adicional relativo à limpeza do apartamento, pois quando chegamos, a louça não estava bem lavada e o chão tinha sido mal limpo, de resto tudo impecável.

Calm, luxury and excellent pool

I really liked the place... calm place, with an excellent pool and space for children. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you need for a good vacation. I would just like to point out that there should have been some extra care regarding the cleaning of the apartment, as when we arrived, the dishes were not washed well and the floor had been poorly cleaned, otherwise everything was impeccable.

Dejlig rummelig og veludstyret bolig. Skønt med pool og tennisbane. Og solsengene der tilhører lejligheden var vi meget glade for. Man bør sørge for ekstra håndklæder til strand og poolbrug. Da det ligger yderst i et åbent område var det lidt blæsende, men heldigvis mulighed for at finde læområder. Byen er meget hyggelig, stille og roligt. Gode spisesteder. God service fra udlejningsbureauet.

Lovely spacious and well-equipped accommodation. Nice with a pool and tennis court. And we were very happy with the sunbeds belonging to the apartment. You should provide extra towels for beach and pool use. As it is located at the far end of an open area, it was a bit windy, but luckily it was possible to find sheltered areas. The town is very pleasant, quiet and peaceful. Good places to eat. Good service from the rental agency.

Beautiful residence, beautiful apartment, clean, only need to change the 2 stoves and the toaster 'very scratched stoves, and toaster not suitable for Portuguese bread rolls, by the way at the agency no one spoke French!!!!! Residence well located in Sao Marthino do Porto.

Ruhiges tolles Appartement mit der Ausstattung zum relaxen. An der Ausstattung gab es nichts auszusetzen. Leider gab es nur am Pool WLan was aber nur im Umkreis von 2m zu sehr schlecht zu empfangen war. Kein deutsches TV nur 5 portugiesiche Kanäle. Wer es als Einsiedler mag ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Great apartment without satellite TV and without WiFi

Quiet, great apartment with facilities for relaxing. There was nothing to complain about with the facilities. Unfortunately, WiFi was only available at the pool, but reception was very poor within a 2m radius. No German TV, just 5 Portuguese channels. If you like being a hermit, you're in good hands here.

Espaço bem localizado, sem necessidade de deslocarmo-nos para a praia, pois tínhamos piscina, campo de ténis e parque infantil para a criança. Local a visitar novamente.

We felt at home

Well located space, no need to go to the beach, as we had a swimming pool, tennis court and playground for the children. Place to visit again.

We stayed in this apartment in July 2014, we being my husband and I and our 2 children aged 9 and 11. We had stayed in this complex before but had always rented 2 bedroom apartments. Despite the fact that this is a one bed apartment it suited perfectly as the children immediately laid claim to the 2 sofa beds in the sitting room and we had the bedroom. The fact that it has 2 balconies added hugely to the sense of space and as a result it did not seem any smaller than the 2 bedroom we'd previously rented. We had our breakfast on one balcony every morning and frequently had lunch and/or dinner there too. It was lovely having the second balcony as there was space to hang out wet clothes and still more space to sit and have a drink in the evening. The apartment itself is well appointed and has all mod cons, including air conditioning which can be vital at certain times of the year! The complex has a lovely pool and tennis courts and happily the apartment owners provided racquets and balls which was a huge bonus. It is situated about 10 minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach, and about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town with its many restaurants The small local shop is about 5 minutes walk away and supplied all provisions we needed at a very reasonable cost. We had visited Sao Martinho before and had hired a car to do sight seeing in the locality - there's lots to see! This time though we decided to completely relax. We didn't hire a car and were able to organise a lift to and from the airport. We had a very chilled out holiday swimming every day, either in the pool or at the beach (or sometimes both!), playing tennis, and eating. We had a wonderful holiday and already pondering when we could head back! Would highly recommend this apartment.
