Very Bohiemian decorated house downstairs....unusual layout & decoration. Lots of space. Location is in Sitio, village type place with close access to North Beach & the lighthouse view point.....30 min walk or 15 mins on Funicular down into Nazare itself.

We were greeted by Abilio on arrival who was so welcoming and gave us a tour of the house. Abilio also gave us lots of local recommendations which was wonderful as we have always wanted to visit Nazaré. We thought the house was in a brilliant location in a quiet cul-de-sac with very welcoming neighbours too. My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old son and we were offered a cot and high chair options - thank you for that! Nazaré is an incredible place and we would absolutely love to come and stay again in the future. Check in and out was super easy and we appreciate all of Abilio's time and help. Thank you again for having us!!

Grande maison impeccable pour une famille de 7 personnes, propre et avec tout le nécessaire ( serviettes pour piscine, draps, serviettes de bain, fer à repasser, TV …) À 5 mn en voiture de la plage et du centre ville. Quartier calme. Notre hôte a été très gentil et disponible. Merci pour la petite attention.

Impeccable large house for a family of 7, clean and with all the necessities (pool towels, sheets, bath towels, iron, TV ...) 5 minutes drive to the beach and the city center. Quiet neighborhood. Our host was very nice and available. Thanks for the thoughtful attention.

Casa molto curata, bella sia negli interni che in esterno dove abbiamo passato tantissimo tempo. E' ubicata in una posizione strategica e si può raggiungere il centro e le spiagge a piedi senza usare l'auto. Abílio è davvero professionale e anche simpatico, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio e ci ha dato molti consigli utili su ristoranti e posti da visitare in zona. Super !!!

Very well-kept house, beautiful both indoors and outdoors where we spent a lot of time. It is conveniently located and you can reach the center and the beaches on foot without using the car. Abílio is really professional and also nice, he immediately put us at ease and gave us many useful tips on restaurants and places to visit in the area. Super !!!

Abilio was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I knew that the place did not have AC, which I figured would be OK for a few days. but it was apparently unusually humid and the mosquitoes at night where plentiful, so we could not open windows. Abilio immediately brought us fans to help move the air around. The place itself was good. location fabulous. lots of space and comfortable. beds very comfy and linens soft. My only thought was about the bathroom upstairs. it's part of the master suite, so the other room upstairs doesn't really have access, unless you're super close with the people staying in the master suite of course. Lol.

We had a lovely time in Nazare and Abilio was a friendly and responsive hosts. This house is the perfect location for discovering Nazare and even has a sea view so you can watch the sunset from home. The pool area is perfect with a barbecue which we appreciated. Much nicer than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and has a lovely espresso machine. We were 7 people staying in the house which worked well. Parking was easy straight in front of the house. You get to downtown Nazare with a funicular which is six minutes away. The only advice is to bring mosquito spray because there are tiny mosquitos in Nazare:)

Relaxing stay -- just what we needed

The villa provided a relaxing and flexible stay. It is one of the most well equipped places we have stayed in, giving us the flexibility to stay in and relax by the pool and BBQ, or go into Siteo, or on the funicular to Nazare as we wanted without needing to drive. It is very spacious, so as a family with young adults and teenagers we could come together or spread out as people wanted.

Spacious and well equipped house

We had a wonderful holiday at this house in Nazare. Abílio, our host, was friendly and welcoming. He gave us a comprensive tour of the house and its amenities. He offered great recommendations for places to visit during our stay. The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable. All our essential needs were catered for including pool towels, hand wash, washing up liquid, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, cooking oil, parking space etc. The thought and care put in to providing these items makes for an easy and stress free holiday. The house is in a quiet location within walking distance of the amenities in Sitio and the funicular down to Nazare beach and town. We had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable holiday in the pool,on the beach and exploring local area. Would definitely recommend.

Idéale

Maison équipée de tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances! Idéale pour une famille avec sa piscine et son barbecue. Elle est de plus très bien située sur les hauteurs de Nazaré, le centre ville est accessible à pieds par les marches pour les plus courageux ou via le funiculaire. La seule chose qu'il nous manquait est un aspirateur.

Abilio was so friendly and helpful, quick to respond and gave us plenty of ideas for restaurants and places to visit. The house is comfortable and quiet with a good kitchen and living areas. The outside area is private. A short walk to Praia da Norte beach which is lovely. Good supermarkets nearby. Recommend a car to get around.

This place is amazing- absolutely what I expected based on the photos., very quiet and felt secluded. Just a short walk (10 minutes) to North Nazare (North beach/Big Waves) and the Nazare ascensor . Abilio is a great host- very responsive, available to answer questions and very knowledgeable of the area. If you are considering this spot- book it!

Très bon accueil par Abilio dans notre langue en plus! Hôte très agréable et réactif ; maison très spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée car température de la nuit ne la laisse pas très chaude... mais cette belle piscine est très appréciable! Place de parking idéal Ville de Nazaré très jolie et tous les services. Nous recommandons vivement.

I rate the place more than I expected. The neighborhood was very quiet. Near to restaurants, bars and the beach. The villa had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The person who looked after the villa was very polite and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing house, very spacious. The host is a nice guy, very helpful. Definitely highly recommended! The spot is very nice, with convenient parking and easy walking access to North Beach (the biggest waves in the world) or to the upper town with the main cathedral.
