Tide - Exceptional 3 bedroom apartment within beautiful Nazaré complex
Description
The apartment is on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms,
sleeping 6 people in total. The first bedroom has a double bed and
an en-suite shower room. The second and third bedrooms have twin
beds. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over.
The lounge comes with two comfy sofas and a dining table with 6
chairs and there is a lovely private terrace with a view over the
pool.
There is outdoor garden furniture for use on the balcony. There is a TV, CD Player, DVD player for your use inside the property and at the pool there are communal sunloungers for guests to use.
The complex is very attractive with wide open spaces with seating where you can enjoy the views. The pool area has been carefully looked after and provides a nice environment to enjoy the sun.
The apartment is only 1200 metres to the beach and there is plenty of public transport to most places from Nazare including Lisbon. However if you are bringing a car there is parking on the street in front of the complex where there is ample parking space.
Nazare is a very charming, traditional Portuguese seaside town with a population of approximately 13,000. Historically the key form of income for the town was the fishing industry, an industry that is very much present to this day as visitors will see by the numerous lines of fish sun-drying along the beach.
Nazare has become famous worldwide over the past 5 years owing to a unique canyon just off the coast that creates the biggest waves in the world during Oct and November each year. In the summer the waves are small and great for those just having fun. In October and November the waves should be rode by professionals only.
Today tourism is undoubtedly the key industry in Nazare. Given the huge expanses of beautiful beaches and the picturesque cliff-line views, it certainly comes as no surprise that Nazare has such a massive appeal. On the back of the thriving tourist industry a vast number of cafes, bars and restaurants have emerged throughout the town. With numerous restaurants along the sea front, visitors can dine on some fantastic fresh seafood and enjoy the magnificent views.

Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
- The security deposit increases to € 300 over the Christmas and New Year period.
Christmas/New Year Season:
- Christmas/New Year bookings of less than 1 week, over this period, will be charged for 1 week and the security deposit increases to € 300.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Our stay in Nazaré was great, the house was very spacious, with everything you needed and in a very nice and quiet location, 5 minutes by car from all the important places or 15 minutes on foot, there is everything you need nearby, a highly recommended place to go to Nazaré.

Excelente apartamento, tudo impecável desde a limpeza aos extras, bem situado com hipermercados perto a praia não fica muito longe. Condomínio muito bem frequentado e limpo. Boa piscina com um jardim muito bom para um piquenique. Casa bastante grande e acomodativa.. Recomendo totalmente.
Excellent apartment, everything is impeccable from the cleaning to the extras, well located with supermarkets nearby and the beach is not far away. Very well attended and clean condominium. Good swimming pool with a very nice garden for a picnic. Very large and accommodating house. I totally recommend it.

I was able to enjoy a pleasant, quiet space with good facilities.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous étions 5 dans cette location et avons disposé de tout le nécessaire. Peut être faudra t'il penser à changer les matelas notamment dans la chambre parentale. Sinon rien à redire les pièces étaient spacieuses. Bonne location. Point de chute idéal pour visiter Nazaré et ses environs. De belles découvertes.
Pleasant holiday
We had a pleasant stay. There were 5 of us in this rental and we had everything we needed. Maybe we should think about changing the mattresses, especially in the master bedroom. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, the rooms were spacious. Good rental. Ideal base for visiting Nazaré and its surroundings. Great discoveries.
La casa esta fenomenal, un salón enorme, una cocina enorme, dos aseos, tres dormitorios, jardín, piscina, una maravilla. además, la casa, cuenta con todo lo necesario. El problema es que esta lejos de la playa, debes ir en coche, andando es complicado. Estaría bien cambiar los colchones, eran un poco viejos, pero en línea general, la vivienda merece la pena.
A quiet place, well equipped but remote.
The house is fantastic, a huge living room, a huge kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a garden, a swimming pool, a marvel. In addition, the house has everything you need. The problem is that it is far from the beach, you have to go by car, walking is complicated. It would be good to change the mattresses, they were a bit old, but in general, the house is worth it.
Beautiful apartment with lots of thoughtful extras for guests staying. Place was spotless..with easy access to the pool..only downside was the location at the top of a very steep hill..but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hermoso apartamento de 3 habitaciones, dos baños, cocina y terraza amplia en una urbanización con dos piscinas (adultos y niños) y barbacoas comunes. El apartamento viene equipado con todo lo necesario (electrodomésticos incluido lavavajillas, microondas, vaso batidor, menaje de cocina variado y abundante). Sólo faltaba el secador de pelo que compramos en un worten cercano. Piscinas y jardín muy agradables. Playa e NAzaré a 850 metros pero una inclinación que para volver al apartamento no es práctica para ir con niños andando. Estaría bien que hubiera WiFi.
Excellent apartment in Nazaré
Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and large terrace in a residential area with two swimming pools (adults and children) and communal barbecues. The apartment comes equipped with everything you need (appliances including dishwasher, microwave, blender, varied and abundant kitchenware). The only thing missing was the hair dryer that we bought at a nearby grocery store. Very nice pools and garden. Nazaré beach 850 meters away but a slope that makes it impractical to walk back to the apartment with children. It would be nice to have WiFi.
