The bedrooms are arranged as 2 double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and one twin room (with two single beds), all on the ground floor, and 1 double bedroom en-suite, on the 1st floor. Therefore, the property can sleep 8 people. If needed, a cot can be arranged on request.
The master bedroom, on the 1st floor, benefits from having access to balcony that overlooks the pool.
The en-suite bathroom in the double room on the ground floor has WC, basin and shower cubical, and the en-suire master bathroom has WC, basin, bidet and shower over bath.
In the main bathroom you have shower over bath, WC, bidet and basin.
For evening entertainment (when the sun's down) you have a TV with Satellite channels including English channels. The lounge and dining area inside makes for a comfy relaxing environment.
For your convenience, there is free Wi-Fi available.
In the day time you can enjoy the outdoors in the surrounding countryside or just stay at your private pool and terrace area where you can use the sun loungers and garden furniture for dining outside. There are a couple of outdoor roller shades to help you from exposing yourself to too much sun while sipping a nice cool drink, on the terrace, by the pool. There's also a BBQ for outdoor dining. The area is just wonderful for walking around so this is a highly recommended way to spend your time!

La maison est très bien. Elle est propre, bien aménagée et très bien équipée. Vraiment appréciable. Les chambres sont grandes, avec beaucoup de rangements. Seule une a la climatisation (à l'étage), mais les autres restent appréciables. Nous sommes partis à 8, et il n'y a aucun problème, la maison est assez grande, chacun a son espace sans difficulté (une des chambres à des lits d'une personne, plutôt conseillée à des enfants). Le jardin est agréable, calme, sans vis à vis. La piscine est top. Peut-être prévoir des aménagements complémentaires (un parasol et transats? 5 sont déjà sur place:)). La maison est très bien située. Le quartier est calme, respectueux, proche de la Marina en voiture ou en vélo (avec une montée ). La plage est à environ 4 km, très belle, très grande. Vraiment, envie d'y retourner. Je recommande vivement cette maison, le quartier et cette partie du Portugal. L'agence de location sur place, qui nous a accompagnée est aux petits soins, de bons conseils (merci Abilio).
Very nice house and very well located
The house is very good. It is clean, well appointed and very well equipped. Really appreciable. The bedrooms are large, with lots of storage. Only one has air conditioning (upstairs), but the others are still appreciable. We left with 8, and there is no problem, the house is quite large, everyone has their own space without difficulty (one of the bedrooms has single beds, rather recommended for children). The garden is pleasant, quiet, not overlooked. The swimming pool is great. Perhaps plan additional facilities (a parasol and deckchairs? 5 are already there:)). The house is very well located. The area is quiet, respectful, close to the Marina by car or bike (with a climb). The beach is about 4 km away, very beautiful, very large. Really, want to go back. I highly recommend this house, the area and this part of Portugal. The rental agency on site, which accompanied us, was very attentive and gave good advice (thank you Abilio).
