There is a modern kitchen, equipped with evrything you may need for cooking at home. The bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in shower. Both of the bedrooms are of generous size, one has a double bed and the other has twin beds.
The complex itself has a fantastic swimming pool and a child's paddling pool. Around the pool area there is WC access and showewring facilities.
Very well located, the property is close to the beach and all
amenities and touris atractions, such as shops, bars and
restaurants.
This beautiful area of Cyprus, with its wonderful white sand
beaches and warm crystal clear waters, has much to reveal and you
will be sure to have an amazing holiday in this dreamy

This property is in a fantastic location in Kapparis.
The coastline around this part of Cyprus is simply stunning with rugged rock formations surrounding beautiful sandy coves and bays. The crystal-clear water of the sea is truly inviting given the heat that bathes the island throughout the vast majority of the year.
In Kapparis and the nearby towns Pernera, and Protoras you will find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés and bars; they are great locations to unwind and enjoy some time out. The towns also offer incredible sandy beaches from which tourists can enjoy numerous water sports including diving trips and journeys out to sea on glass bottomed boats.
Some of the appeal of a visit to Kapparis comes from its location nearby numerous beautiful tourist destinations such as Cape Greco, a protected nature park at the far eastern corner of the Island. We would recommend that visitors explore Cape Greco and some of the other nearby towns including Protoras and Aiya Napa.

Refundable Security Deposit: € 150
- The refundable security deposit is returned to you 2 weeks after your stay.
- The security deposit increases to € 300 over the Christmas and New Year period.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation fee of 20% of the booking up to 5 weeks before the holiday, and 100% when the holiday is less than 5 weeks away.

Appartement très bien équipé et bien situé. La propriétaire est très disponible et à laissé beaucoup d'attention comme de l'eau, du lait etc .. Places de parking et piscine complète ce bien. Proche de ayia Napa, Protaras et des belles plages.
Apartment very well equipped and well located. The owner is very available and left a lot of attention like water, milk etc. Parking spaces and swimming pool complete this property. Close to Ayia Napa, Protaras and beautiful beaches.
Apartment was well equipped and comfortable. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal or restaurants within walking distance.It's a good location on a quiet road, we had very little noise or traffic.
Stacey è stata disponibilissima e sempre reperibile per qualsiasi informazione. Per qualsiasi piccolo problema ha sempre trovato una soluzione. L'alloggio era in ottime condizioni e la posizione abbastanza buona soprattutto se si è in auto.
Stacey was very helpful and always available for any information. For any small problem she always found a solution. The accommodation was in excellent condition and the location was quite good especially if you have a car.

Nice apartment. Very nice Hostess Stacy. I solved all the problems quickly (installed a safe, brought adapters for sockets, a hairdryer, etc.). It is very convenient and quick to get to the sea, city center, cafes and shops by car! Of the minuses - a view of the field from the window. Otherwise, everything is fine!
All was good enough. Nice communication with manager. Some things can be corrected. (bed in public room not perfect condition). In general I had perfect stay.
