"Antony Masters was chosen as Marketing Manager for our three bedroomed apartment in Sao Martinho do Porto and has been involved with this letting for the past two summers, 2009 & 2010. He has also handled the rentals for our newly prepared studio apartment during the past summer season.
Antony has surpassed our expectations with regards to the amount of business he has produced, both for the apartment but particularly for the studio, which was not completed until the end of May, but which he still managed to fill very adequately. This is quite an achievement considering the state of the UK and European economy at the present time
We chose Antony Masters as our Marketing agent after speaking to a number of people who were letting property around Sao Martinho, purely because he has an easy telephone manner and appeared efficient in the first instance. We were also relieved because we were not asked to sign complicated contracts nor part with any money (unlike some of the other agents whom we approached)
We have not been disappointed. Antony has introduced us to great management company, an excellent builder and recently, recommended his accountant who is assisting with our tax return. He has guided us to suitable stores for the furnishings and made sensible suggestions with regards to equipment and utensils.
Antony always responds to his telephone calls and deals with any problems in a cheerful and prompt manner. He is also kind, considerate, helpful and honest.

"We have known Antony since early 2009.
We had just bought and furnished a two bedroom apartment in Atlántico Golf complex in the coastal town of Sao Martinho do Porto, Portugal. We met Antony in response to my inquiry on his property of how to make holiday apartments special and welcome guests. At this point he was not managing our property, yet he open heartedly gave us advice. His kind nature, helpfulness and honesty was seen which convinced us he was right person to manage our property.
He helped us with sagging, furnishing and shopping extras to make our apartment well equipped and which increased its value.
The best thing about him was his prompt response to any questions however silly they might be. Any holiday home owner would understand how anxious we are for the reply. He has good communication skills. He communicates well with guests from the time they inquire to booking and to actual holiday, making guests at ease and comfortable and finally for a feedback to see how they got on. His command of English is very good and also has some Portuguese skill.
He replies to client enquiries promptly and so accumulates the business. We have had good business through him. His experience and advice on apartment and rent are valuable. He photographs and promotes our apartment well. He is honest and prompt at making payments.
